About the Show:
A FAIR TRADE presents a world confronted by a sudden, radical demand: non-violent, fair
paying jobs ensuring global economic freedom available to all persons worldwide, or the
immediate and permanent end of reproduction. Faced with the prospect of a humanity without
future, what would the world look like? How could does life continue with the knowledge we may
soon be the last generation? Is humanity worth sustaining if for so many life is virtually unlivable?
Mixing dark comedy with drama, this piece challenges audiences to consider what they’re willing
to sacrifice for a better world.
